The Garden House Smoke House

Today I had a quick pint in The Garden House as a stop off on the art trail and blimey did their smoke house smell good! I had a chat with the head chef Dano Olive who is so excited about his food and the pub, it's a delight to see such enthusiasm. The BBQ is open from 4pm serving all the home smoked meats, get down there.

I have been vegetarian for over a year until I visited The Garden House a few Sundays ago and I absolutely smashed a chicken roast into my face, the Sunday roast was amazing it was much, much better than any mum could cook! It came with half a chicken and all the trimmings, I ate it all!

We had such a good time here, the garden is beautiful, the staff are all super friendly and you'll probably meet some cute dogs like we did. BBQ or roast this pub has it all for a Sunday and every other day. It's a beautiful pub with a huge and beautiful garden and beautiful beer and food.

I didn't have time to stop today for food today but I definitely want to go back to try the BBQ with the homemade tomato sauce, made with tomatoes smoked on the premises, and also the battered jalapenos..ughhhh!!!!
