The Black Horse

The Black Horse has recently undergone a transformation from tired pub to contemporary eatery, some of the original features have been kept of course and enhanced like the stunning beams and bookshelves.
The pubs menu is actually a little bit incredible, they do an amazing Sunday roast, sandwiches, light bites and burgers etc. Everything I've eaten has been to a really high standard. Last time I went I tried the Caponata, it was so flavoursome and comes in a large or light portion, the flatbreads are made on the premiss and you can tell, delicious. I also highly recommend the paprika chips with aioli, so good! The pub is warm for winter with its wood fire, and with plenty of parking round back and ample outside seating outside in the lovely garden, this is the perfect place to spend your summer too.
